Our organic extra-virgin olive oil is harvested from 204 century-old olive trees that thrive in the sun-drenched hills of a quant medieval town called Vico Del Gargano in Puglia, Italy.

This year’s small-batch was cold-pressed in early November 2024 within 24 hours of harvest.
